Stephanie Jackson is never
happier than when she's travelling in the great outdoors taking photos of
stunning Australian landscapes or unique and beautiful
wildlife, and
exploring, on foot or by kayak, the
rivers, lakes, coast, beaches, and
national parks of Australia. As a freelance travel writer and photographer
she can do all this in the name of work, and has an enviable
lifestyle that, to those unaware of the
hard work involved, may appear to be an endless series of holidays.
Her written and photographic work has, over the 16 years of her career, been
published in numerous newspapers and magazines in Australian, New Zealand, the
USA, the UK, and Canada. Although the primary emphasis of her work relates to
travel, she also covers
agricultural issues, with her material having been published in several of
Australia's most popular farming magazines, including the national publication
Small Farms, to which she has been a regular monthly contributor for around
seven years. Stephanie Jackson's articles and photographs have also been
published in the prestigious magazine Australian Photography, and have been used
by Australian tourism authorities in their promotional material and on their
websites.
