Red kangaroos IMG 6388 - The dense fur of red kangaroos is not always of the
colour that their common name implies. In this pair of kangaroos, photographed
in the Australian outback near the NSW town of Cobar, it is the female that has
the reddish brown fur, while her mate has a less attractive dull brown coat.
