Australian corella IMG 3158 - Many Australian parrots,
such as corellas, are cursed by farmers as they feed on grain crops. Flocks,
often of several hundred birds, cause considerable damage to farm crops, but the birds
still enjoy a feast of their natural food. This bird, photographed in the wild
in NSW Australia, was
feeding, with several others, on the seeds of a native silky oak tree, Grevillea robusta.
