Galahs Eolophus / cacatua roseicapillus IMG 4766 - Galahs are one of the most common of the many species of  Australian native parrots and are seen, in the wild, in large flocks. They thrive in the outback and also inhabit regions closer to the coast. These colourful birds were photographed in the wild beside the Ward River near the Queensland town of Charleville in the Australian outback.
