116A   This unique geological  formation at Mount Kaputar National Park is known as Sawn Rocks due to the symmetrical nature of the slabs of  rock of which it is composed. The red speck among the forest vegetation at the base of the formation is a photographer who is dwarfed by this immense natural feature of the Australian landscape. Sawn Rocks is near the town of Narrabri in New South Wales.
