Eastern rosellas bathing

Eastern rosellas, Platycercus eximius,bathing IMG 6058A - There are few birds that can boast of having plumage in such a wide range of colours as those displayed by these beautiful characters. This gaudy pair were photographed while bathing in a roadside puddle near the New South Wales town of Scone.
